Supervision of compliance with stunning methods, meeting the set parameters of various stunning methods and knowledge of manufacturers' instructions for using kinds of stunning equipment	3
Supervision of basic maintenance and cleaning of stunning or killing equipment	3
Supervision of the appropriate use and maintenance of sticking knives	3
Verification of knowledge of manufacturers' instructions for the types of restraining devices used for mechanical immobilization	3
Verification of availability of alternative methods of stunning or killing	3
Verification of stunning efficiency, correctness of bleeding and absence of signs of life after bleeding of big animals	3
Performance of hygienic and sanitation activities in food operations, compliance with occupational safety regulations and compliance with hygienic guidelines	3
