Expeditious solutions of situations, such as breakdowns, accidents and floods, and solving other extraordinary events in waterworks	4
Measurement of water quantity and quality in watercourses and water reservoirs, including monitoring of flood situations	4
Dealing with administrative bodies and users of water reservoirs and weir basins	4
