Knowledge and comprehension of the legislation related to water flow management	4
Knowledge and comprehension of the technical and operational documentation of water flow and related waterworks	4
Knowledge and comprehension of the obligations of waterworks owners and waterworks protection under the Water Act	4
Performance of obligations of the watercourse administrator and waterworks owner under the Water Act	4
Expeditious solutions of situations, such as breakdowns, accidents and floods, and solving other extraordinary events on watercourses	4
Dealing with owners of real estate and waterworks related to water flow	4
Preparation of background materials on water flow for handling and operating rules, water management studies and other documents resulting from the Water Act	4
