Training methodology of basic swimming skills and swimming styles of backstroke, front crawl and breaststroke for the needs of aqua fitness instructors	4
Creating suitable exercise program for lessons of aerobic, fitness and dance forms of exercise in water	4
Management of group lessons of aerobic, fitness and dance forms of exercise in water	5
Creating animation programs in water with regard to age and state of health of the persons participating	4
Ensuring the safety and water rescue	4
Providing basic counselling to promote healthy lifestyle, including healthy eating and drinking regime	3
