Servicing the machines and equipment for thickening and drying milk or mixtures for dairy products


Collecting specimens during the processing of dried and condensed milk and sensually evaluating their quality


Evaluating the quality of raw materials and the conditions of the production process when thickening and drying milk


Measuring basic chemical and physical quantities in the drying operation when thickening or drying milk


Storing semi-finished products or finished dried or thickened dairy products


Observing sanitary procedures, carrying out hygienic and sanitary activities when thickening and drying milk or dried milk mixtures


Maintaining safety regulations and safety of the food material at the milk drier; using safe cleaning agents and other chemicals

The qualification standard was prepared by the Sector Council of food processing and feed industry. It has been established and licensed by the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic, the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic and the Czech Agrarian Chamber.
