Evaluating the quality of raw materials and the conditions of the production process when thickening and drying milk	4
Measuring basic chemical and physical quantities in the drying operation when thickening or drying milk	4
Storing semi-finished products or finished dried or thickened dairy products	3
Observing sanitary procedures, carrying out hygienic and sanitary activities when thickening and drying milk or dried milk mixtures	3
Maintaining safety regulations and safety of the food material at the milk drier; using safe cleaning agents and other chemicals	3
